Rocket Medical announce the transfer of its
Export Customer Services Department

As part of its Continuous Improvement Programme, Rocket Medical have transferred its Export Customer Service Department to its main production facility in Washington, Tyne & Wear, England.

The transfer, effective from Monday 14th June 2010, will merge the previously separate Export and UK Customer Services departments into a single team under Customer Services Manager, Yvette Lovett.

Rocket Medical is a unique organisation in that over a number of years it has brought together the frequently disparate functions of Sales, Marketing and Research and Development into a single, cohesive force.
